Ethereal Resin Works, LLC provides beautiful Resin Art Pieces for sale. Though we work to make sure descriptions are accurate, there are times when colors show differently in the pictures than what they are. If there is a problem with what you receive, please follow the directions on the returns page.

Limitation of Liability

The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or the website content.

User Accounts and Content Restrictions

Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the etherealresinworks.com site or service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Order Placement, Pricing, Payment Methods and Cancellation Purchasers:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Our services are not available in prohibited jurisdictions.

 

Orders:

• Confirmation email sent with details and total cost.

• Ethereal Resin Works, LLC reserves the right to cancel orders before dispatch.

 

Payments:

• We accept the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, etc. 

 

Prices:

• Subject to change without notice and include taxes.

Delivery:

• Once order is placed, it will be sent out within 3 business days.

Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be within 24 hours of placing the order, if not yet shipped. When a package is shipped, you will be provided an email with a tracking number on it.

• Cancellations must be requested using our cancellation form.
